Through June 7/WEST PLAINS – A full-scale carnival along with agricultural and other exhibits. Grandstand entertainment includes: Wed. — Gospel Concert; Thurs. and Fri. — Truck Pull and  Sat. — Demolition Derby. No gate admission on Monday or Tuesday. Route 66 Summerfest

June 6-7/ROLLA – Promoting the old original highway Route 66 and the beginning of summer. Friday night is a cruise down Route 66 from St. James to Rolla beginning in the festival lot in Downtown Rolla with a Crazy Funny Dog Show and movie under the stars. Other activities include music in the food court, food and craft vendors, children’s games and family activities. Vintage Market Days

June 6-8/KANSAS CITY – 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. at the American Royal Center with this year’s theme, “Red, White & Vinage.” An upscale, vintage-inspired, indoor/outdoor market featuring original art, antiques, clothing, jewelry, handmade treasures, home décor, outdoor furnishings, food trucks, seasonal plantings, and a little more. It’s more than a flea market. Each Vintage Market Days® event is a unique opportunity for vendors to display their talents and passions in creative venues throughout the country. Art in the Park

Sawdust Fest

June 14/KING CITY – Beginning at 8 a.m. at the Millers Rustic Sawmill. Talented artisans will be present to demonstrate their skills and inspire others who may want to try a creative form of making items with wood. SAWDUST FEST was created as a celebration of Missouri makers who use their hands to create a little sawdust while making beautiful, unique pieces of art. Witness a variety of artisans, including a scroll saw artist, luthier, blacksmith, pyrographer, mosaic sign maker, woodturner, knife maker, fiber artist, jewelry artist and more!
