glass artThru March 9/SANDWICH – 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Sandwich Glass Museum. For the Love of Glass and Glint & Glimmer at the Sandwich Glass Museum, feature highlights from two of New England’s most prolific Art Glass Collectors. For the Love of Glass exhibits selected sculptures from a private collection with an eye on Pacific Northwest Glass Artists.  Renown Glass Masters such as Dale Chihuly, Lino Tagliapietra and Benjamin Moore, mentored and influenced many of today’s leading artists such at William Morris, Nancy Callan, Kait Rhoads, Richard Marquis, and more. Glint & Glimmer, features exquisite glass artworks from a Cape Cod Collector: a multi-generational collection started with the collector’s parents’ passion for glass. Orchids After Dark

purple orchids at night Feb. 16-March 15/BOYLSTON – 6-8 p.m. on Fridays only at New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill. Experience the brilliance of Patterns in Bloom: An Orchid Exhibition after-hours with special evenings of jazz and drinks. Escape the cold and see the exhibition in a whole new light with a unique ambience perfect for a Friday night. Each evening will feature live jazz performed by highly talented local musicians, a cash bar, and light bites available for purchase. Explore the beauty of our indoor conservatories which will be filled with captivating orchid displays, sculptural works of art, and unique lighting exclusive to this after-hours experience. March 14/NATICK – 7-10 p.m. at the VERVE Hotel Boston Natick, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Join us for a fantastic evening of dueling pianos featuring the talent from Savage Pianos. This troupe joins us from New York City… they play at a variety of restaurants throughout the Northeast and we are bringing them to Natick. The audience creates the playlist and the pianists make it come alive – they’re funny, spontaneous, creative and super talented!
