See Alton Brown Live: Last Bite

April 8/COSTA MESA –  7:30 p.m. in Segerstrom Hall a t the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. The famed foodist reflects on his decades  in food media, presents several of his favorite culinary mega-hacks, sings some of his funny food songs, and in general offers a culinary variety show the likes of which human eyes have never seen. Alton Brown was directing TV commercials when he got the crazy idea to go to culinary school and reinvent the cooking show. The result was Good Eats, an irreverent, science-forward program that kept Brown gainfully employed for over twenty years. Tickets start at $44.07.
