Pine Point

Imagine a sunset-soaked meandering walk along the scenic coastline of Maine complimented by all the amenities of home located a mere 100 steps away from your bed.

This is not a dream vacation; it’s long-term luxury living that you can call yours at Lighthouse Suites at Pine Point. At this exclusive resort, management promises to deliver on every expectation high-class clients could ask for during their extended stay.
To further improve upon the already impeccable offerings, Lighthouse Suites at Pine Point recently underwent a complete renovation of its nine fully-furnished rooms. From the single- and double-bedroom offerings to our penthouse suite, guests are guaranteed an unrivaled home away from home. What’s more, these extensive and total renovations further build upon the list of top-tier comforts already provided in the fully-stocked private suites: from 50-inch high-definition televisions to high-speed internet access, superior comfort on memory foam mattresses and an entirely stainless-steel kitchen.
Additional attractions offered at Lighthouse Suites at Pine Point include:

  • Two parking spots for motor vehicles or motorcycles
  • Outdoor storage and outdoor showers
  • Dishwasher, washing machines and dryer in every suite
  • Dedicated path directly to the beach

Given the typical length of a stay at Lighthouse Suites at Pine Point, guests often ask who else will be residing there at the same time. The extensive vetting process calls for an interview with Pine Point management before agreeing to rental terms. We cater to the young professionals looking for a change of scenery, adults looking for an extended stay away from home or retirees wanting to put a lifetime’s worth of earnings to good use.
Pine Point Beach (Hurd Park) in Scarborough extends for four miles along Saco Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, from the jetty at the mouth of the Scarborough River to Old Orchard Beach. You’ll find plenty of room to relax on the beach, swim, play Frisbee or catch, or take a stroll along the beach to search for shells and driftwood. Surfing and surfcasting are also popular here.
You’ll find parking, restrooms, showers for rinsing, and a concession stand that sells snacks and cold drinks in a large paved lot just beyond the dunes on Avenue 5 off King Street. Dogs are not allowed on the beach from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
While you’re here, take time out to look around Scarborough. It is a year-round, all-weather destination that is conveniently located near a number of major highways for easy access in and out of the coastal town as well as local state parks, historical sites and environmental attractions. Just a few of those locations include the Scarborough Marsh Audubon Center, the Beech Ridge Motor Speedway and Broadturn Farm.  Also don’t foget to stop by Portland, a suburb of Scarborough, it’s foodie destination heaven with great places to grab a bite to eat! Given the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, seafood factors heavily on many menus throughout the region. Perhaps wine suits your fancy, well you’re in luck! This area is a hotbead for nationally-recognized wineries.
The luxuries at Lighthouse Suites at Pine Point clearly extend far beyond the amenities provided.  This beautiful location has something for everyone to love,  but don’t take our word for it, come find out for yourself!
